John Pharris
Founder/InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector
John lives near Colorado Springs with his wife and two children and has lived in Colorado for nearly 30 years. John’s father was an electronic technician in the Air Force working in ground radio and communications. He was a Vietnam Veteran who served for 25 years in the USAF. He was also very self-sufficient and handy and could fix just about anything. In this environment, John learned to do much of the same, becoming very proficient with electronics, auto mechanics, construction, and woodworking.
These early influences lead him to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and to lucrative jobs in the IT industry as a DBA and software development. John has used his various experiences and eye for detail and precision to continue what he learned from his father in various aspects throughout his life: building speaker systems, providing auto mechanical services for family and friends, constructing a barn and shed for his property and even designing a 3D printed Star Trek Borg Cube complete with custom designed circuit board with lighting as a gift for his daughter.
After many years in the IT Industry, with careful consideration and prayer, John founded Cornerstone Home Inspection Services, LLC. He enjoys using his background, skills and careful attention to detail to provide services and assist others to prepare for their next adventure in buying and/or selling a home.
